We are excited to announce our new UL approved material!

Introducing Compound 10848. It is an 80 duro FKM material approved in Category JMLU2 of UL Standard 157 that covers gaskets and seals. Approved uses are gasoline/alcohol blends up to 15%, kerosene, Naptha, fuel oils, LP gas, manufactured and natural (city) gas, also suitable for UL87A and UL878B.

Compound 10848, takes the place of 8847, which was discontinued in 2024. Compound 10848 delivers exceptional heat resistance and low compression set properties. These qualities make it perfect for applications involving petroleum and synthetic oils, as well as aliphatic and aromatic fuels. Customers will benefit from a more cost-effective pricing structure compared to the previous material.
